END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Forecast One grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the meteorological workstation interface, geospatial weather map layers, and telemetry logs for personal or authorized operational weather monitoring. Commercial redistribution of the underlying data streams is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Users integrating remote physical weather stations (such as Davis Instruments, Ambient Weather, or Tempest arrays) or serial USB/Bluetooth GPS sensors are solely responsible for ensuring that their hardware connection methods, driver configurations, and radio transmissions comply with all local, federal, and international electronic communications regulations.

Forecast One delivers meteorological data feeds and real-time alerts 'As-Is'. These systems are intended to support general atmospheric situational awareness and should never be relied upon as the sole source of guidance during severe, life-threatening weather events. Under no circumstances shall Ghostline Digital or Steven Lamotte be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from decisions made based on platform telemetry. Always prioritize official national weather bulletins and local warning broadcasts.

Users agree to use the workspace within reasonable bandwidth limits. Prohibited activities include reverse-engineering the hardware abstraction layer (HAL) driver connections, launching automated scripts to scrape coordinate-mapped lightning databases, bypassing route authentication middleware, or simulating mock GPS telemetry packages designed to trigger artificial alerts.

The Forecast One software structure, design aesthetics, vector mapping layer canvas integrations, custom lightning expiration logic, database schemas, and all branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Ghostline Digital. Unauthorized copying, modification, or white-labeling of the portal code is prohibited.

By activating the browser-based coordinates share or linking a mobile pairing pin, you grant the system permission to fetch and process your real-time coordinates. This geolocation telemetry is stored securely within your personal profile database record to query location-specific active warnings. Geolocation data is encrypted and will never be shared with outside parties.

This license agreement remains active until terminated. Ghostline Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate operator access codes or station credentials instantly and without notice if any user is found violating data integrity parameters, overloading API routes, or tampering with database status nodes.
